Not how they meant it.
Not how they used it.
Not how they tried to shrink it.

How it actually is.

A woman who speaks plainly.
Sets boundaries.
And gets called “aggressive” for being right.

A phrase that was meant to be derogatory —
reclaimed by women who were never planning to behave.

This isn’t a trend.
This isn’t a phase.
This is a correction.

For too long, confidence in women was mislabeled.
Directness was criticized.
Power was softened to make it more acceptable.

We’re done editing ourselves to fit someone else’s definition.

So we wrote our own.

This piece is for the women who have been misunderstood, mislabeled, and underestimated — and chose not to fix it.

You don’t need to explain yourself.
You don’t need to translate your tone.
You don’t need to make it easier for people to accept you.

The definition stands.

Soft, structured, and intentionally designed to read like something official — because it is.

Wear it when you want to be clear.
Wear it when you’re done clarifying.
Wear it when someone needs a reminder.
